Vera is our Sales Account Executive focusing primarily on lawn, garden and ornamental markets in Florida. With a keen understanding of the area plus an M.S. in weed science and a B.S. in agronomy from Mississippi State University under her belt, Vera is an asset in bringing Southland Organics products to new areas.
Vera has been working in the agricultural/turf and ornamental industry for over 40 years while maintaining a strong marriage and raising two amazing daughters, Lauren and Molly. She lives with her husband, daughter, two rescue dogs and a rescue cat. Vera tries to learn a new thing every day, and enjoys hiking, camping and going on road trips in her free time.
