From the farm floor to the front office
Allen Reynolds didn't learn poultry from a textbook. He learned it installing equipment, dumping chicks, and doing the work that commercial growers do every day.
Since joining Southland Organics in 2014 he's traveled thousands of miles visiting farms, troubleshooting problems, and helping growers find solutions that actually hold up in the house — especially as the industry has moved toward antibiotic-free production.
Allen is also the face of Southland's Poultry Biosecurity channel on YouTube, where he interviews growers, breaks down real-world challenges, and shares the kind of practical advice that doesn't make it into industry manuals.
